Your Host, April White—SG̱áana Jaad (Killer Whale Woman)

Born on Haida Gwaii of the Daa.adans Yahgu’jaanaas Raven Clan, April's formal education is a BSc. in Geology from UBC. Her artistic talents are entirely self-taught.

April’s White Raven House is a sanctuary on the edge of the world—a home-like setting amidst the realm of the supernatural, inviting you to explore the awe-inspiring and mystical islands of Haida Gwaii.

Passionate about exploring and sharing the limitless possibilities of imagination and creativity, April is inspired by her home and her Haida culture.

Our in-house gallery security and beach patrol is overseen by Copper, the Supernatural Yorkie Poo, along with her prodigy, Red.
